Hong Kong: The rest...

HK's infamous cart noodles - a must have for those who enjoy noodles topped with assorted ingredients.

Kam Wah's BBQ pork polo bun - for polo bun aficionados who cannot get enough of the original, doughy polo buns.

These yummy egg tarts do not discriminate - they are sure to be loved by the young and old, male or female... just anyone.

It was fortunately that Loong Kee at Central ran out of roast items. It allowed us to discover this hidden gem next to the said shop.

Crisp fish skin - a good addition to any congee and noodles

Silky and milky, one should not pass the scrambled eggs at Tsui Wah.

HK is famous for pretty bad coffee but the coffee at this roast meat place behind Mak's Noodles (Central) made me pine for it. I guess the secret lies in the milk but not the coffee?

The char siu may not look nice and macaroni in soup may be strange for some. Nonetheless, my dream of having BBQ pork with macaroni in soup came true. Yes, I do have a soft spot for dishes such as these!
